The Fleatwood Mac
Kittens
Update: adoption pending for Mick & Stevie!
Meet LINTSEY BUCKINGHAM, MICK FLEATWOOD, STEVIE LICKS, & CHRISTINE McSTRAY!
Trapped on the streets of East LA and spectacularly unimpressed with humans upon arrival, these four fluffy little musicians began their careers less Fleetwood Mac than Fleetwood Smack.
Fortunately, unlike the band that inspired them, they have spent the past several weeks improving their interpersonal relationships. The hissing has subsided, the creative differences have been resolved, and nobody has written a devastating breakup song about anybody else. Yet.
LINTSEY BUCKINGHAM: Handsome, intense, and blessed with the hair of a man who has been arguing about a guitar arrangement since 1977, Lintsey brings considerable artistic conviction to everything he does. He plays hard, loves enthusiastically, and occasionally behaves as though everyone around him has failed to appreciate his creative vision. Although he will go his own way — particularly if it involves climbing something expressly designated unclimbable — he is never going back again to life on the streets.
MICK FLEATWOOD: Floofy, charismatic, and perpetually in motion, Mick provides the rhythm section whether anyone requested one or not. He approaches playtime with the stamina of a drummer three hours into a set and regards furniture as an elaborate percussion instrument. Having only recently discovered that humans are friends rather than terrifying roadies, he is now making up for lost tour dates at considerable volume and velocity.
STEVIE LICKS: Mysterious, enchanting, and magnificently fluffy, Stevie has the ethereal presence of a tiny woodland sorceress who has seen the future and knows it contains Churu. Once determined to go her own way whenever a human approached, she has discovered that affection has a certain landslide quality: one minute you tolerate a chin scratch; the next you have abandoned your carefully cultivated mystique and are demanding another. Dreams, apparently, really do unwind.
CHRISTINE McSTRAY: Elegant, warm, and refreshingly uninterested in her bandmates’ BS, Christine is the soft-spoken romantic of the group. Once content to keep humans at a professionally safe distance, she has discovered that affection is actually rather lovely. You make loving fun, apparently, and Christine has decided she would like considerably more of it.
Their East LA era is officially over, and the Rumours were true: beneath all that initial hostility were four spectacular little cats ready to trade feral independence for domestic excess. Having survived the streets, reconciled their creative differences, and resisted the urge to break up the band, all they need are loving homes willing to keep the good times going.
The Fleatwood Mac kittens will be delivered vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested, and spayed/neutered.
