The Marvel Recruits
Meet NED KNEADS, JEAN GRRREY, & MAC CLAWRGAN!
Rescued before their origin story could involve considerably more trauma, radioactive wildlife, or a multiverse-threatening incident, these three tiny Marvel recruits have skipped straight past Phase One and are currently auditioning for the most important role of their careers: your cat.
NED KNEADS: Like Ned Leeds, Ned Kneads is the lovable best friend who somehow wandered into a superhero franchise and immediately became indispensable. A gorgeous lynx point with excellent comedic timing and absolutely no respect for personal space, Ned is friendly, playful, and always prepared to provide emotional support while somebody else makes catastrophically complicated decisions. His only known superpower is making biscuits - and unlike opening portals to alternate dimensions, he can actually do it reliably.
JEAN GRRREY: A picture-perfect brown tabby, Jean Grrrey carries herself with the quiet confidence of someone who may or may not have an ancient cosmic entity lurking inside her. Sweet, clever, and deceptively powerful, she can go from serene young mutant to tiny agent of chaos faster than you can say “Dark Phoenix.” Fortunately, her current plans for world domination appear limited to conquering your couch, telepathically compelling you to open another Churu, and making absolutely certain nobody tries to reboot her with a different actress.
MAC CLAWRGAN: Every story needs a villain, and Mac Clawrgan would like it entered into the record that he has been wildly miscast. Named for Mac Gargan - the man destined to become Scorpion - this spectacular flame point possesses the looks of a supervillain and approximately none of the menace. He is affectionate, curious, playful, and considerably more interested in climbing your cat tree than exacting revenge on Spider-Man. Give him enough time, though, and he will definitely develop a sinister mechanical tail. Or knock a glass off the counter. Same cinematic universe.
Ned, Jean, & Mac are vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, FIV/FELV negative, and spayed/neutered.
